2019 Kona Game

You can find the start list of both male and female races here: https://www.trirating.com/always-up-to-date-kona-2019-startlist/   – Please send $20 via PayPal (jcxray48@hotmail.com is my PayPal account) or Venmo (@Jack-Cartwright-2) to play the game, winner takes all most likely (depending on the total players, the more that play the more that can be paid out), unless we get sponsors, then it will be a mix of cash and fun prizes.  The details will be determined by 11 Oct.

2019 Kona Fantasy Game Rules

Scoring

• 1st place – 7 points
• 2nd place – 3 points
• 3rd place – 1 point
• Swim prime – 2 points
• Bike prime – 2 points
• Run prime – 2 points
• Bonus for picking the podium in correct order – 5 points
• Bonus for picking the podium, but not in correct order – 2 points
• Bonus for picking the swim, bike, run prime for a single sex – 2 points
• Bonus for picking the swim, bike, run primes for both sexes – 5 points
• Bonus for picking anyone who runs a negative split marathon for both sexes – 5 points
• Wildcard gets the points of the place he/she fills in the podium, if no other podium choices are correct.

Picking athletes

• No duplicate choices in the podium or wildcard of either female or male race
• Duplicates can be chosen in the swim, bike, run and negative split bonus primes
• Choices must be submitted by 6pm CDT on 11 October

Payment

• $20 must be in the game manager’s Venmo or PayPal account by 6pm CDT on 11 October
