The Performance coaching package includes an individualized training program, based on your specific goals, your fitness level, and your personal schedule. Clients of the Performance program are also entitled to unlimited email questions and one monthly phone conversation with your Cycle2Tri Coach. Your training plan will be written in 2-week blocks, and we will adjust your online training schedule every 2 weeks, or as needed depending on your changing needs.
